Who do I help?
My patients fall into 2 groups, those experiencing chronic/acute pain and people with an over or under stimulated nervous system. Sometimes the latter group is experiencing pain and often they are having other bothersome symptoms like an over active bladder, issues from mold toxicity, an imbalance with their menstral cycle, digestive symptoms, healing from a surgery, or feeling overwhelmed by a life event.
How do I help?
Osteopathy has incredible tools to help assist the body in healing itself from pain and imbalance in the nervous system. Osteopathy treats the tension not only in the muscles and bones but also the tension in the organs and the head/brain. I work on the structure, the fluids of the body (we are 70-80% fluidic) and the energy.
I also have a background in rehab personal training. I always assess my patients to give them the appropriate rehab exercises to help their specific situation. This is key in helping the body recover and to prevent the pain and other symptoms.
The body is always going towards health. Giving it the input it needs to help it heal itself is very effective for many aliments.
What are my qualifications?
